This is truly the 'land of Kings and Fishermen'. It was here that many of the kings of several other countries of Europe chose to live during the Second World War. Some stayed for the rest of their lives. If the natural beauty of Cascais isn't enough to bring you back then the kindness and magic of the natives will.
